The rally will be on Broadway between 44th and 45th streets but attendees will only be permitted to enter at 42nd Street and Broadway. Coolers, large backpacks and bags will not be permitted.

New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg is hosting the gathering at 12:30 p.m.
