Hello, I’m wondering when the tree will be lit this year in 2010… My cousin and I want to come up and see it being lit from Philadelphia and trying to get hotel, train prices…. Please let me know, I know it is usually about the week after Thanksgiving, please let me know 🙂

The date is announced sometime in Nov/Dec
Barbara,
I too am looking into this event. I read on this website: http://www.nycinsiderguide.com/New-York-City-Events-December-2010.html, that it will take place Wed Dec 1 from 7-9pm. Does anyone know if the ceremony is free? Im not sure how they would charge people?
Brad
